RATES & AVAILABILITY   – Please contact us directly to book & pay.  Full Payment is required at the time of booking & your rate is guaranteed once full payment has been made.  We accept Visa or Mastercard – no surcharge.

WEEK DAY RATES = Monday - Thursday
$200/night for ONE BEDROOM.       $280/night for TWO BEDROOMS.
WEEKEND RATES = Friday & Saturday  OR  Saturday & Sunday. Two night minimum stay on weekends.
$480 for ONE BEDROOM.               $680 for TWO BEDROOMS.
[One night only bookings for Friday, Saturday or Sunday - subject only to last minute availability:  $260 one room;  $360 two rooms.]

Maximum Number of Guests Permitted: One bedroom booked: 2 guests;  Two bedrooms booked: 4 guests.
NB: Healesville House is booked by the number of bedrooms required.    There is no access to the second bedroom when only one bedroom is booked.    When booking only one bedroom, you have exclusive use of the house;  the second bedroom is not rented out during your stay.

Availability: Although we keep our calendar up-to-date, you are always welcome to call  to see if the dates you would like are available.  We are happy to suggest other guesthouses or B&Bs if we are already booked.
